This completes your registration and you will receive a confirmation email.

Order Cancellation

If you opted bank transfer, please bank in within 5 working days otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.

Online banking is a service provided by iPay88. It is an Internet Payment Switching Gateway through credit card, Internet Banking (or E-Debit) & Electronic Wallet (E-Wallet), developed by Mobile88.Com Sdn. Bhd.

It is the same Online Payment Gateway System currently provided by many licensed Financial Institutions. For that reason, you can be certain of iPay88's security. iPay88 also complies with PCI Data Security Standard and Malaysia Payment System Act.

Delivery Times

Once we received your payment, we will deliver the items within 2-5 working days (West Malaysia) or 3-7 working days (East Malaysia), provided it is ex-stock items. For indent items, the standard delivery period is 4-8 weeks upon receipt of official order. Please refer to the delivery lead time at each product description. 

Delivery Fees

The standard delivery charges within Malaysia is RM29/order. 

Order Tracking

Tracking number will be updated once the order is fulfilled. An email containing tracking number and carrier will be sent. 


If you ever received a faulty item (due to manufacturers' defect), please return it to us within 7 days (including non-working days) upon receipt. To return, please follow the procedures:

1. Send an email to inform us at 

2. Describe the faults and provide the photos for reference. 

3. Pack the item nicely and deliver it back to us. 

4. Please provide us the tracking number for the return item. Otherwise, your request will not be entertained. 

5. You will receive an email once we received the return item. 

6. Inspection will be done and if you are eligible for the return, an exchange process. 


We provide standard one (1) year warranty (against manufacturers' defect) for all the items. However, for items priced below RM200, the warranty period is seven (7) days.
