 REFERRAL PROGRAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS📌

  1. Referral is valid for customers who follow our official LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
     
  2. Both the referrer and the referred customer will be entitled to referral rewards only when the referred customer successfully completes a purchase that meets the minimum spend requirement, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
     
  3. Referral rewards are valid for new customers only (first-time purchase).
     
  4. Minimum spend applies per single order:
     
  • Spend RM800 & above → RM18 referral reward
     
     
  • Spend RM1,000 & above → RM28 referral reward
     
     
  • Spend RM2,000 & above → RM68 referral reward
     
     
  1. Referral rewards are issued after successful order completion, including:
     
  • Full payment received
     
     
  • No cancellation or refund
     
     
  1. Referral rewards cannot be combined with:
     
  • Cashback rewards
     
     
  • Other promotions, discounts, or vouchers
     
     
  1. Each referral code/link can be used once per referred customer.
     
  2. Referral rewards are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, unless otherwise stated.
     
  3. Valid for purchases made via E-Store or Quotation only.
     
  4. The Company reserves the right to:
     
  • Verify referral eligibility
     
     
  • Reject suspicious or fraudulent referrals
     
     
  • Amend or terminate the referral program without prior notice
